I have a better idea.

Governor, why don’t you offer a $2,000 bounty for each wolf killed by hunters and trappers in Idaho? Some “board” isn’t going to get the job done! Let’s see, $2,000 x 500 wolves = $1,000,000. We could save a million bucks. That bounty money would flow back to the economy.
