Here is this week’s list of suspected lawbreakers sought by Kootenai County police agencies and the sheriff’s office:

Felonies:

Anderson, Darol K., 44, Post Falls, domestic battery and aggravated assault, $10,000.

Fitzpatrick, Lacey L., 27, Rathdrum, failure to appear for grand theft, $20,000.

Frasier, Tyson A., 25, Spirit Lake, attempted strangulation, $10,000.

Kvansnicka, Scott G., 28, Spokane, failure to appear for burglary, no bond.

Smith, Charles A., 33, Post Falls, probation violation for lewd conduct with a child, no bond.

Misdemeanors:

Canova-Mulvaney, Wendel V., 47, Post Falls, probation violation for disturbing the peace and false imprisonment, no bond — 29 days confinement.

Costilla, Castulo R., 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for battery, no bond — 10 days confinement.

Esponge, Cathy A., 49, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery, $3,000.

Goodroad, Scott N., 52, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $5,000.

Ham, Kelly J. 2nd, 26, Post Falls, petit theft, $5,000.

Huffaker, Courtney R., 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, $3,000.

Ivdaeorvm, Iesvs N., 41, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $15,000.

Jackson, Nicolas V., 23, Hayden, failure to appear for domestic battery and obstructing an officer, $5,000.

Johnson, Cory A., 36, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $20,000.

Kammarcal, Adam J., 35, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for failure to pay child support, $5,000.

Miller, Kersey C., 23, Worley, failure to appear for domestic battery and destruction of a telecommunication device, $5,000.

Monroe, Travis D., 23, Hayden, criminal contempt, $30,000.

Salazar, Tamara J., 55, Hayden, probation violation for domestic battery, $25,000.

Umphenour, Nathan A., 36, Lewiston, failure to pay child support, $10,000.

Viles, Austin R., 28, Hayden, domestic battery with a child present, $5,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office at (208) 446-1300.
