MILLIE: Garbage, words both free

I know Brian was busy spinning Millie as a nice little old lady, but I would not characterize her letters as nice. She does however, have every right to complain away and be as not nice as is allowed to be printed. I do have a question for Millie. It appears that it is raining good samaritans in Westminster. After all, where else can you get your furnace serviced or garbage moved for “free”? I would like to know if those people were truly volunteers or if they were compensated in some way. If they did get paid, who exactly paid for it?
