Here is this week’s list of suspected lawbreakers sought by Kootenai County police agencies and the sheriff’s office:

Felonies:

Bisaro, Stephanie H., 29, Post Falls, burglary, $20,000.

Green, Carl A., 28, Coeur d’Alene, attempted strangulation, $5,000.

Keller, Thomas G., 25, Spokane, grand theft of a financial transaction card, $25,000.

Oliver, Samantha K., 28, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance and destruction of evidence, no bond.

Toland, Ellen E., 22, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

Misdemeanors:

Applegate, Trevor H., 39, Post Falls, failure to appear for battery, $5,000.

Bailey, Timothy R., 34, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for reckless driving and failure to notify of an accident, no bond - 15 days confinement.

Cowperthwaite, Jacob N., 38, Spirit Lake, failure to appear for labor program, no bond - 10 days confinement.

Davis-Gilbert, Stacey L., 29, Hayden, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $1,000.

Dipietro, Michael C., 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,000.

Fain, Daniel S., 20, Hayden, failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia, $2,500.

Gollnick, Daniel C., 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,500.

Josie, Travis C., 29, Post Falls, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,500.

Martin, Dennis J., 36, Plummer, driving without privileges, failure to provide insurance, $5,000.

Nelson, Kenneth R., 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,000.

Powell, James J., 53, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $5,000.

Schell, Christopher M., 32, Coeur d’Alene probation violation for battery, $10,000.

Steinmetz, Preston T., 20, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, $10,000.

Wienberguer, Juan A., 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond - 20 days confinement.

Woodruff, Kathleen C., 54, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $10,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
