Here is this week’s list of suspected lawbreakers sought by Kootenai County police agencies and the sheriff’s office:

Felonies:

Butterfield, Timothy D., 35, Post Falls, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, $25,000.

Forbes, Ryan A., 26, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, $10,000.

Green, Jackie L., 39, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance, $20,000.

Roche, Steven D., 29, Spokane, burglary, grand theft, and forgery, $50,000.

Woodruff, Kathleen C., 53, Coeur d’Alene, Robbery, $25,000.

Misdemeanors:

Avilla, Christopher C., 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $3,000.

Carlson, Mark D., 39, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for eluding, $5,000.

Cheeley, Zachary D., 28, Post Falls, failure to appear for resisting and obstructing an officer, $1,000.

Crouch, James N., 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, no bond - six days confinement.

Dipietro, Michael C., 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for violation of a protection order, $10,000.

Eudy, Dennis L., 42, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery and possession of paraphernalia, $1,000.

Fisher, Aaron J., 39, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery, resisting and obstructing an officer, no bond - 180 days confinement.

Guffey, Jason R., 27, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for destruction of evidence, $10,000.

Hawley, Edward W., 50, Hayden, failure to appear for using a telephone to harass or threaten, $5,000.

Mort, Angela M., 40, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, no bond.

Richardson, Teresa, 61, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $1,000.

Scott, Heather K., 39, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia, $5,000.

Waters, Sandra M., 30, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, $4,000.

White, Floyd R., 28, Rathdrum, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $5,000.

Wilburn, Lewis G., Post Falls, failure to appear for inattentive driving and invalid drivers license, $2,500.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office at (208) 446-1300.
