COINUTS: Delays circumvent justice

| August 1, 2014 9:00 PM

People. Am I missing something or what? Directing your attention to the Coeur d’Alene Press story dated July 17 regarding the latest chapter of the CoiNuts caper and the alleged or so-called prosecution of the Kevin E. Mitchell and family for the charge of grand theft by false promise of more than $1 million from approximately 100 victims in several states.

Once again Mitchell has, through his attorney, gotten another delay in his never ending attempt to forestall justice. If you can call it that. All one has to do is observe the photo of Mitchell on the front page edition of the Coeur d’Alene Press to understand or grasp his attitude of this abortion, sometime referred to as the prosecution, of this matter. His photo expresses his contempt for Barry McHugh (so-called Prosecutor) and Judge Fred Gibler. Mitchell’s look says it all. (Have I got you fools figured out or what?)

This case has been going on for approximately three years with the prosecutor’s office dragging its feet the entire time. I only hope that someone out there will run against McHugh and Gibler at the next election. Mr. David Cole should, once again, be congratulated for his pursuance of this story.
