CAUCUS: Been there, done that

Thank you, Kellie Palm, for your My Turn column “Time to Take Back Local GOP.”

It’s nice to know that there are others who feel the way you do about the KCRCC.

Following the 2012 Republican Presidential Caucus, I vowed NEVER again would I participate in such a disaster. Not allowing absentee voting. Not allowing the military to vote if they were away on duty. Subjecting our seniors to that LONG ordeal at the Greyhound Center in Post Falls was inhumane. And then finding out that the election was already “called” in Boise, before we were even allowed to vote was UNAMERICAN.

After a lifetime affiliation with the Republican Party, I have since changed my party, and will never again have to deal with that nonsense at the Greyhound Center come 2016.
