Tyler A. Bordelon, 22, Spokane: 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended, $500 in fines and two years probation for willful concealment of goods, wares or merchandise.
Cory A. Collinson, 41, Spirit Lake: 62 days in jail with 30 days suspended and credit for time served, $52.50 in fines and two years probation for petit theft.
Steven R. Croff, 41, Greenacres, Wash.: 90 days in jail with credit for time served for probation violation.

A Fernwood woman drowned in the St. Joe River Saturday, the Shoshone County Sheriff's Office reported.
Elma Krasley, 32, attempted to cross a shallow section of the river near Avery, but lost her traction in the water and was swept away by the current.
Several rescue entities, including the Shoshone and Benewah County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Forest Service, St. Joe EMS and St. Joe Search and Rescue, responded at 12:50 p.m. to the area of milepost 62 on St. Joe River Road to investigate the possible drowning.
Krasley's body was not located by Life Flight until 7 p.m., around milepost 60 on the St. Joe River, according to a press release issued by the Shoshone County Sheriff's Office. The official cause of death has not been released, but it appeared Krasley died as a result of drowning.
