ST. MARIES: A word of thanks

On behalf of our Board of Trustees, staff and students, thank you for the amazing article in the North Idaho Business Journal that featured our work-force education training opportunities. The article was very informative, sharing points about St. Maries School District’s partnerships with area businesses to “grow our own jobs.”

As your article reflects, St. Maries is a tough, resilient community with lots of “heart.” It is our fervent goal that our students, following graduation and post-secondary training, will return to live and raise families in our beautiful community. Further, that those same students will have the necessary skills to support their families while working at a job they enjoy going to each and every day. Our partnerships with local businesses are a vital component to achieving that goal.

Your article certainly showcased our efforts, and for that, we are thankful! Additionally, please share our thanks as well with your photographer, Shawn Gust. We look forward to further opportunities to work with you and the Coeur d’Alene Press in the future.
