SPOOF: Enlightened and entertained

| April 4, 2014 9:00 PM

Kudos to The Press and staff correspondent, Ms. Fuhl, for the enlightening and entertaining front page article in the issue of April 1. Everyone needs a little laughter to begin their day, and this was classic. Had me fooled for a bit, didn’t notice the by-line at first, but the pay schedule seemed a bit lucrative for North Idaho.

Personally, I try to never have a bad day; the glass is always half full. If there is a slight setback, it will surely turn around, for every wrong there is a right, for every minus, a plus, for every negative, a positive. Those poor souls that go through life always clinging to the negative, must have a sad, sordid existence. I cannot fathom someone chastising The Press for trying to create a little laughter and making the world a happier place.

I am only 84, and fully expect to be here next April Fools’ Day to enjoy Ms. Fuhl’s contribution.
