POST FALLS URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2013-3 Public notice is hereby given by the Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency (the "Agency"), that on September 23, 2013, the Board of Commissioners of the Agency approved and adopted Resolution No. 2013-3 (the "Resolution"). The Resolution approves the Note Purchase and Security Agreement between the Agency and Washington Trust Bank (the "Purchase Agreement") and authorizes the issuance of the Agency's Revenue Allocation Note, Series 2013 (East Post Falls District Overpass Project) (the "Note"), in the principal sum not to exceed Thirteen Million Dollars ($13,000,000), and maturing on September 1, 2023. The Project is authorized by the Act and the Plan. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 2013/2014 ANNUAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR COEUR D'ALENE WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS The City of Coeur d'Alene, through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the following City of Coeur d'Alene Wastewater Collection System Capital Improvement Projects: 1. Open Trench Sewer Line and Manhole Replacement Projects 2. Cured In Place Pipe Installation Projects 3. Inflow Reduction and Elimination Projects Typically, the City budgets $700,000 annually for the design, construction and oversight on the aforementioned projects, whereas the City intends to complete one or more of these projects during the 2013/2014 year.
