Man arrested in bank, credit union robberies

BOISE - A Boise man has been arrested on suspicion of robbing a bank and a credit union on consecutive days last week.

The Idaho Statesman reports 31-year-old Jacob Tyler Dial was arrested late Friday at a fast-food restaurant on a warrant charging him with robbing a bank on Thursday. He also is suspected in a credit union robbery on Friday.

On Saturday, he was being held on one charge of felony robbery as well as a state warrant.

Dial was scheduled to be arraigned Monday in 4th District Court in Boise.

Also Friday, police arrested 31-year-old Kasey Ann Blackburn on suspicion of helping Dial avoid arrest. Detectives say Blackburn knew Dial was wanted by police and helped him hide. She faces charges of harboring a fugitive.
