LEGAL NOTICE FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS IN RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Statements of qualification in response to the Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services where the Design-Builder will design and build the Project (the "RFQ") are solicited from qualified firms with the experience and resources to design and construct a highway crossing of I-90 at Greensferry Road and related roadway improvements in Post Falls, Idaho (the "Project").
