LEGAL NOTICE FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS IN RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Statements of qualification in response to the Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services where the Design-Builder will design and build the Project (the "RFQ") are solicited from qualified firms with the experience and resources to design and construct a highway crossing of I-90 at Greensferry Road and related roadway improvements in Post Falls, Idaho (the "Project"). The Project is being funded by the Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency (PFURA) for the City of Post Falls to provide connectivity north and south of I-90 in Post Falls.
