SENTENCE: No fan of KC justice

| September 6, 2013 9:54 PM

How is that people of the legal system can give the newspapers a “story” to tell, if in fact they don’t give all the details? Or the newspaper put out a story without inquiring about ALL the details? The Kootenai County prosecutor that gave the information about the supposed “32-year-old ‘sex offender’ that was sentenced to 35 years” neglected to give you all a whole lot of other information. Especially the information about the evidence that points to the innocence of Mr. Coulston; or the fact that the girl has made the same false allegations before on another man who is still currently doing time in prison; or the fact that Mr. Coulston completely passed all the testing “required” by the courts and the results stated that Mr. Coulston “is NOT a threat to society”; or the mere fact that Mr. Coulston’s attorney completely railroaded him and proved to be inadequate counsel; or the fact that he got the sentence he did because he wasn’t showing any sorrow; would you have if you were innocent?

And last but not least, the fact that Mr. Coulston filed his APPEAL the exact same day his ridiculous sentence was handed down, for he is fighting to prove his innocence. Isn’t slander against the law and a punishable crime, even if it is the county prosecutor who made the statements? Kootenai County’s legal system is the most dishonest and scandalous legal system in the whole state.
