ELECTION: Two distinct choices

| October 19, 2013 9:00 PM

A group of individuals in this city have helped to create an atmosphere of anger, distrust, and negativity. They have spread false information, repeating it even after being shown they are wrong. They have made unfounded accusations of corrupt and criminal activity about local elected officials, city employees, and hardworking local business owners. They have approached potential projects within the city with negativity, looking for reasons not to move ahead rather than how to get them done. If this group had been successful there would be no new library, no Kroc Center, and no upgraded park.

Just because someone repeats something over and over does not make it true. Don’t fall for their false message. I have worked and\or lived in Coeur d’Alene for 34 years and the positive things that have occurred during that time are truly amazing.

Don’t turn over the running of this city to a group of people who can’t see the incredible progress that has been made. Look instead to leaders who will continue to move ahead.
