Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Hearing on the City's CDBG Substantial Amendment The City of Coeur d'Alene is proposing to substantially amend the Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2013 under the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement Program. The Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2013 was completed with a total estimated budgeted amount of $243,000 the actual allocation received by the City was $297,298. The following changes are proposed to specific budget line-items and include community grants to two agencies that have been awarded grant dollars through a competitive process; their projects meet the HUD National Objective of benefiting low to moderate-income persons. \u2022 A community grant award to St. Vincent De Paul for the enlargement of the Community Kitchen area in the amount of $36,000, \u2022 A community grant award to Trinity Group Homes for rehabilitation to various LMI apartments owned and operated by Trinity in the amount of $30,111.64, and \u2022 The Emergency Minor Home Repair (EMRAP) line item will be increased from $40,000 to $50,753.36.
