REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF DOVER, IDAHO The City of Dover, Idaho is requesting proposals to provide professional services for the processing and issuance of Building Permits, for the performance of necessary inspections, and for code enforcement pursuant to adopted building codes, fire codes and development codes. SCOPE OF SERVICES - The Contractor shall process and issue Building Permits, perform necessary inspections related to, and provide code enforcement of the adopted Building Codes, fire codes and other development codes such as, setback and height requirements, storm water facilities and floodplain development standards in conjunction with Building Permits. PUBLIC NOTICE The Basin Environmental Improvement Project Commission (BEIPC) Quarterly Meeting November 20, 2013 The Basin Environmental Improvement Project Commission (BEIPC) will conduct a regular quarterly meeting from 9:15 AM to 4:05 PM on November 20, 2013 at the Coeur d'Alene Inn, 506 W. Appleway, CDA, Idaho. There will be Presentations, public discussions and approval by the Board of the BEIPC 2014 Annual and 2014-2018 Five-Year Work Plans. The meeting will also include an update on Coeur d'Alene Lake Management Plan implementation, a presentation by EPA including End of Year Project Summary and budget updates, a report on the 2013 Blood Lead Testing Program by Panhandle Health, and a Basin Environmental Monitoring Program presentation.
