Really BIG Raffle open house set
<p>The North Idaho College Really BIG Raffle first open house is Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.</p>
The public will have the first opportunity to view the $250,000 grand prize home in the North Idaho College Really BIG Raffle at the first open house on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
This year's grand prize home is a two-story, three-bedroom, three-bath located at 6995 Cornwall Drive in Greenstone's Coeur d'Alene Place neighborhood. This home features a vaulted living room with fireplace and is loaded with upgrades including granite kitchen counters, a high efficiency heat pump, a fully fenced and landscaped lot, and even a backyard hot tub.
Additional major prizes include a $20,000 car, $10,000 boat, $3,500 travel package, and $2,000 shopping spree.
Tickets are $100 and only 5,000 are sold for this fundraiser that benefits student and program needs at North Idaho College. Idaho residents can order by phone to (208) 769-3271 or online at www.nic.edu/rbr.
Out-of-state residents can purchase at multiple North Idaho outlets including Super 1 Foods, Stein's Family Foods, Lake City Ford, Trading Company Stores and at the open house on Sunday.
