Stewart won a drawing at NIC which raised money for the college's athletics department. During his spree, Stewart was able to accumulate $670 worth of groceries with a large portion of bulk items which he'll donate to his church's soup kitchen.</p>

Law enforcement agencies took part in an "Officer on a Train" enforcement effort where if a motorist is observed violating laws pertaining to approaching a rail intersection, an officer will stop the motorist, explain the dangers and issue a citation, if warranted. </p>
