Susan Ring, 56

Susan Carol Ring, age 56, left her home here on Earth on June 24, 2013.

Susan was born in Bakersfield, Calif., on May 5, 1957. She spent over 20 years in St. Maries, before moving to Coeur d’Alene in 2003.

Susan worked for Waste Management. She spent most of her time outdoors fishing, and loved to plant flowers and veggies. She also enjoyed bingo, talking on the phone, and picking huckleberries. She cherished spending time with her friends and family — especially her grandsons.

She is survived by son Zack Ring; daughter Lisa Burnett; three beloved grandsons; brother Dan Sneed; and former husband, Fred Ring, with whom she remained best friends.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents George and Stella LaValley and brother David Sneed.

A Celebration of Susan’s life will be held at Corbin Park in Post Falls at 3 p.m. on Sunday June 30, 2013.
