NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY (NOFA) McKinney Reauthorization Act Emergency Solutions Grant Program 2013 - Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Funding Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) is accepting applications for Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program Funds as authorized by McKinney Reauthorization Act (HEARTH). The funds are distributed on a competitive basis to eligible applicants. The State of Idaho is scheduled to receive approximately $272,203 in Emergency Solutions Grant funds for the homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing funds under the 2013 allocation. These funds will be specifically for homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, and related HMIS or comparable database activities and Administration costs. Eligible applicants are units of general local government or private 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.
