NATION: Now scraping bottom

Thank you Mr. Don Phelan (Cd’A Press on 7-19-13) for stating the truth about our current society, media and most of all our political leadership! I cannot believe that our country has “stooped” this low. We as a nation can no longer determine what is true.

Every day and evening, in some form of the media, we see live and/or photos of our commander and chief conducting his social calender and not leading this nation.

As we honored our fallen Americans from the civil war battle of Gettysburg 150 years ago our leader was in Africa. Lots of photos of another very expensive trip.

Our leader stated that the sad incident with Martin and Zimmerman “Slain Teen, could have been me”! (Cd’A Press 7-20-13 with a 2 1/4 by 3 1/4 photo) did not help this volatile situation.

Cd’A Press 7/22/13 Obama ready to focus. Drawing renewed attention to the economy ----. With another 3 1/4 by 2 1/2 photo. This entire article deserves a laugh.

We as a nation have lost the American spirit and our children, grandchildren and their children shall forever pay the price! The “deep pocket” politicians always get their share while we are told to conserve and give! WAKE UP AMERICA!
