Norman W. Tyndall, 86, of Coeur d'Alene, passed away Jan. 15, 2013, in Coeur d'Alene. He was born March 14, 1926, in Detroit, Mich., to Clarence and Edith Tyndall.
Norman served in the Marines in World War II. He enjoyed betting on horse racing and was known as being hard headed. His friends gave him the nick name of “Stormy Norman.” On July 7, 1973, he married Nobie Miyage in San Diego, Calif. Norman retired in Helena, Mont., after 13 years with The Department of Justice. Norman and Nobie moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1988.
He is survived by his wife, Nobie at home, and is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
At his request no services will be held. English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d'Alene, is in care of the arrangements.
