Embezzler's sentencing rescheduled

COEUR d’ALENE — Sentencing for the former city of Coeur d’Alene finance employee guilty of embezzling approximately $365,000 in city funds has been rescheduled for 4 p.m. March 4.
Sheryl Lynn Carroll pleaded guilty to six counts of wire fraud late last year and will go before U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge at the federal court house in Coeur d’Alene.
Sentencing had been scheduled for early February before the change.
