HomeStreet expanding next month
A mortgage lending office of HomeStreet Bank in Suite 106 at 1900 Northwest Boulevard will expand to a 2,000- square-foot space upstairs at the end of February.
Manager Natalie Overturf leads five people in the Coeur d'Alene branch, and five more employees will be added. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays with evening hours added by appointment. Phone 664-6630.

Arrow Construction Supply moving
The end of February also is the moving completion date for Arrow Construction Supply from 6520 N. Government Way to 11400 Warren St. (formerly Appleway Homes), Hayden. The company offers concrete accessories, decorative concrete supplies, asphalt products, erosion control products and geosynthetics.
Based in Spokane, Arrow came here in 2001 and also has stores on Highway 95 north in Ponderay (just past the new Big R) and at 9915 E. Trent Ave. in Spokane Valley.

New-2-You Thrift closing
A going-out-of-business sale benefitting victims of domestic violence will close the New-2-You Thrift store at the end of the month. It has everything from knick-knacks to furniture.
Located at 1034 Third St. (behind JoAnn Fabrics), hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Phone 665-2010.
Bear Paw Quilting to celebrate
The 10th anniversary celebration for Bear Paw Quilting & Bernina will be this coming weekend.
The store started in Sunset Mall and moved to 600 W. Kathleen Ave. (north of Fred Meyer) in 2009. With 10 employees and more than 20 instructors, the store offers cotton fabric and Bernina sewing machines and quilting and sewing classes. Owners are Sandy Langston and Kathryn Boss. Phone 664-1554.

- Rumors are that ShopKo will build a 35,000-square-foot store in St. Maries next year. With 136 stores in 13 states, ShopKo began in 1962. Its headquarters is in Green Bay, Wis.

- Bullman's Wood-Fired Pizza in Riverstone now has an opening date of March 1.
