Appeal of high-rise set for Monday

COEUR d'ALENE - The appeal filed by a group of neighbors regarding a proposed downtown high-rise building will go before the City Council at noon Monday in the Old Council Chambers at City Hall.

The proposed 14-story building would be at 201 Lakeside Ave. Its design was approved by the city's Design Review Commission, which neighbors are appealing.
