Post Falls wrestlers out to defend River City Duals title
POST FALLS — The tourney hosts will be out to defend their title when Post Falls High hosts the 16th annual River City Duals wrestling tournament today and Saturday at The Arena.
A total of 24 teams, five which have won the tourney before, will wrestle two pod duals each today, before filtering into Gold, Silver and Bronze brackets for Saturday’s duals, which are scheduled for 9 a.m., 10:30, 12:30 p.m. and 2.
The placing duals are scheduled to begin Saturday at 4 p.m., with the championship dual slated for around 5:30.
Post Falls won the tourney for the first time last year. Other past champions in the field are Pasco, Nampa, Lakeland and Columbia of Nampa.
All-session passes are $12 for adults, $7 for students with ASB and $2 for grades K-5.

6 — Colville vs. Gonzaga Prep, Timberlake vs. Bishop Kelly, Capital vs. Sandpoint, Shadle Park vs. Moscow, Ephrata vs. Kellogg, Priest River vs. Pullman.
