NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ANNEXATION/COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT REQUEST PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hayden will conduct a public hearing on January 28, 2013 at 5:00 pm at Hayden City Hall, 8930 N. Government Way, Hayden, Idaho, to consider an annexation and comprehensive plan amendment request from Jacquot Farm Enterprises/ Family Wealth, 4085 W. Hayden Avenue, Hayden, Idaho and from the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board (HARSB), N. 10789 Atlas Road, Hayden, Idaho; both of which are represented by Brad Marshall, JUB Engineers, 7825 Meadowlark Way, Hayden, Idaho. The applicants are requesting approval for the annexation of approximately 180 acres which are located northeast of the intersection of Huetter Road and Hayden Avenue, Applicants are requesting a zoning designation of Commercial along the frontage of Hayden Avenue at a depth of 230 feet from the east end of the property to a point approximately 800 feet from the intersection of Hayden Avenue and Huetter Road. At this point, the proposed Commercial expands to 800 feet in depth and runs west to the intersection of Hayden Avenue and Huetter Road, to allow for development of approximately 27 acres at a future interchange.
