Vivian M. Wargi, 90
Vivian M. Wargi passed away Dec. 19, 2012, at the St. James Home in Hayden.
Born Vivian M. Fisher in Wallace on March 15, 1922, to Aurther and Amanda Fisher.
She lived in Wallace until the age of 13 when they lost their home to a flood down Placer Creek. She and her family moved to Coeur d’Alene and this is where she met the love of her life Roy Wargi.
Vivian and Roy were married April 4, 1942, in Coeur d’Alene where they made their home and raised their family.
Vivian was active in the Coeur d’Alene Eagles and VFW for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Roy and her two daughters, Sue (Rick) Stokey and Jean (Don) Lartz; her two sons, Don (Berna) Wargi an Jack (Bonnie) Wargi; 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Fairy Delay and Violet Wagner.
Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, four brothers and one great-grandson.
A memorial for Vivian will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at the First Presbyterian Church in Coeur d’Alene.
