McEUEN: Another source of funding

I am responding to the Coeur d’Alene Press article about the McEuen budget shortfall. Would a viable solution for the shortfall be to eliminate the parking under Front Street? If nearly $7 million are to be spent on that parking, wouldn’t it be better spent on the park? I welcome all points of view.
