Cooper earns certification
Sheree Cooper with Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors has been awarded the Resort and Second Home Specialist Certification. The RSPS Certification is a nationally- recognized certification awarded by the National Association of Realtors to real estate professionals who wish to demonstrate and promote - to consumers and their peers alike - their expertise in the resort and second home specialty.
Cooper joins more than 1,700 real estate professionals who have earned the RSPS certification.

Four join Windermere Real Estate
Windermere Real Estate announced the addition of four new associates.
Blaine Stephenson, who holds his bachelor of science degree and spent 20 years in the world of real estate finance and investments, has joined Windermere's Coeur d'Alene office.
"He now looks forward to providing quality customer service and using his many years of industry experience to advise and help buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs," according to a press release.
Maria Fisher has joined the Windermere Post Falls Office. With background in the hospitality and restaurant industry she has exceptional customer service and customer relations skills.

Ronda Nash joins Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty. She has experience in the title industry as a property research representative, and also assisted in the disputes department in the Silver Valley.

Glacier Bancorp buys bank
Glacier Bancorp, Inc. announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire First State Bank, a community bank based in Wheatland, Wyo.
The acquisition marks Glacier's 13th acquisition since 2000 and its fourth in Wyoming. First State Bank provides community banking services to individuals and businesses from three banking offices in Wheatland, Torrington and Guernsey.
As of Dec. 31, 2012 the bank had total assets of $281 million, gross loans of $179 million and total deposits of $249 million.
The boards of Glacier and Wheatland Bankshares, Inc. (First State Bank's holding company) unanimously approved the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval and other customary conditions of closing.
The transaction provides for the payment to Wheatland Bankshares, Inc. shareholders of $10.62 million in cash and 1,652,000 shares of Glacier common stock, so long as the average closing price of Glacier stock is between $13.50 and $16.50.
