Harold G. Watson, 86

Died Feb. 16, 2013, at Life Care Center of Post Falls. Harold was born in San Jose, Calif., on Aug. 14, 1926. He lived in California until moving to Coeur d'Alene in 2001.

Harold served in the Navy during World War II and was on ships in the Pacific Fleet. He was in the grocery business and was Produce Manager.

He is survived by his spouse, Lois; three children, Larry Watson, Laury Thomas and Lisa Crabtree; as well as three step-children, Daryl Foreman, Bud Foreman and Carol Stephens. Harold was a member of the Moose Lodge and served as governor in San Jose. As his friends and acquaintances know, he shared endless jokes over the years. He enjoyed Wii Bowling and increased his skills during his stay at Life Care Center of Post Falls. He was very fond of their staff and his fellow bowling friends there.
