PRESS: Clarify cardboard caper

Bales, bales, where are the bales? The article in Section C of Wednesday’s paper had me wondering if we had thieves stealing from thieves. The article was titled, “Cardboard bales stolen again.” Were previously stolen bales stolen again from the original thieves? Wow! The economy is bad but I guess I didn’t realize just how bad.

It turned out that this was not the case even though that’s how the caption read. A more accurate caption would have been, “More cardboard bales stolen.” There was no byline on the article so we don’t know who penned the piece. Perhaps it was a liberal Democrat who didn’t want to be held accountable?
