Frank R. 'Blackie' Dingman, 70

Frank R. “Blackie” Dingman, 70, passed away Feb. 18, 2013, in Coeur d'Alene. Blackie was born Sept. 10, 1942, in Rimrock to Harvey and Erie Belle Dingman.

He was preceded in death by wife Sharon, son Franky Jr. and oldest brother Rod. He is survived by his daughter, Pam Lookabill of Post Falls; brother Ray and Sharon E. Dingman of Post Falls; brother Harvey and Sharon L. Dingman of Coeur d'Alene; sister Barbara Dingman and her husband Bill of Rathdrum; and number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial ceremony for Frank will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at Living Water Church in Rathdrum. Potluck after services.

Yates Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
