NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Coeur d'Alene Planning Commission invites you to the following public hearing to consider your oral comments and all written comments received on this item: ITEM S-1-13 What is being requested: George Bornemann, PLS on the behalf of WinCo Foods is requesting a preliminary plat approval of "The Crossroads Subdivision" a subdivision consisting of 7 lots totaling 16,040 acres +/-. General description of the request: The subject property is located in the Northeast Corner of Appleway Avenue and Ramsey Road and legally described as: Parcel 1: Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, ZANETTI SUBDIVISION, according to the plat recorded in the office of the County Recorder in Book K of Plats at Page 242, records of Kootenai County, Idaho. Parcel 2: Lot 1, Block 1, MOEN SUBDIVISION, according to the plat recorded in the office of the County Recorder in Book 1 of Plats at Page 340, records of Kootenai County, Idaho. Public Hearing time and location: The public hearings will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Lower-level of Coeur d'Alene Public Library, 702 E.
