New Divaz sought

Sign-ups for the Blazen Divaz are scheduled 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Peak Fitness in Coeur d'Alene.

The Blazen Divaz were formed in January 2010 as a nonprofit with the primary goal of bringing fun and entertainment to others in the community.

The membership is comprised of women from 18 to 80 who have "a zest for life and a commitment to bring joy and happiness to others through charity, comedy and camaraderie," a release said.

The Blazen Divaz are based in Coeur d'Alene and perform in parades, special events, community service functions and fundraisers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
