The Wholesale Sports store in Coeur d'Alene is being repurchased by Sportsman's Warehouse.
The sale of the store on Government Way will go through in mid-March, confirmed Amanda Bates, spokesperson for Wholesale Sports Outdoor Outfitters.
The store, which sells hunting, fishing and camping gear, has about 35 employees, Bates said. She didn't know whether their employment would be affected by the change.
The location had been a Sportsman's Warehouse prior to becoming Wholesale Sports, though Bates did not provide when the transition had occurred.
Karen Seaman, spokesperson for Sportsman's Warehouse, stated that the company is unable to provide comment at this point due to a confidentiality agreement.
She expects to issue a news release later.
