RIP: Thank you to Annie

I was saddened to hear of Robin Ann “Annie” Davis’s passing. She was ornery and full of life and love for the dogs, especially her Basenjis. She was a county 4-H dog leader back when I started my leader training in the early ‘90s, and taught my sons Jason and Markie, and my daughter Sarah to Fit and Show. I went on to start many show dogs under her, and helped her a number of years to teach Show, Handling, and Obedience classes. Many others in our area have either gotten their show careers or those of their dogs started under Annie.

She had a lot of hard trials in her life, and has deserved the rest and peace of the afterlife. Thank you Annie. You will be missed.
