NOTICE OF DECISION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Coeur d'Alene Planning Commission held public hearings on February 12, 2013 and decided the following: ITEM: SP-1-13 By a vote of 4-1, approved the request of Paul Delay for approval of a Commercial Parking Special Use Permit in the R-17 (Residential at 17 units/acre) zoning district. It would allow the construction of a parking lot to serve adjacent commercial use(s). NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ANNEXATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hayden will conduct a public hearing on March 4, 2013 at 5:00 pm at Hayden City Hall, 8930 N. Government Way, Hayden, Idaho, to consider an annexation request from Hayden Village LLC., 212 W.
