Windermere, Chase Bank join up

Jodi Counts, Victoria Mallett, and Emily Dishman of Windermere are working with Chase Bank as Priority Partner Real Estate Agents for Northern Idaho.

Chase Bank has initiated the Real Estate Agent Referral Program to provide homeowners that are having trouble paying their mortgage or need assistance, sifting through options of considering a short sale or foreclosure. Windermere/Coeur d'Alene Realty has three offices in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Hayden and 140 agents and full time staff.

Realtors earn Honor Society award

Several local Realtors received the Honor Society award from the Idaho Association of Realtors for Realtors.

The recipients accrued the required points for a combined total in the categories of community service, production/sales volume, education, and participation at the state, local or national level within the Realtor party.

Statewide, this challenge is only met by 1.75 percent of Realtors, and only 1 percent of the members from the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors received this honor.

There were 105 total recipients of the Honor Society award out of 6,000 Realtors in Idaho.

The nine members of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors that received the Honor Society award are:

Magnus-Brondt joins Hayden office of HMH Engineering LLC

HMH Engineering, LLC hired Wendy Magnus-Brondt, who will join the HMH team as a construction administrator in the Hayden office.

Magnus-Brondt holds certifications with the Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction, American Concrete Institute, and is certified in radiation safety for use with nuclear gauges. She has 12 years of experience working on regional transportation projects such as the North South Byway at Sandpoint, Government Way Reconstruction in Hayden, U.S. 95 Garwood to Sagle, the I-90 Beck Road Interchange, the Coeur d'Alene Airport runway expansion and St. Maries Airport re- construction.

HMH Engineering, LLC is a locally owned Civil Engineering company in Hayden, which specializes in design, construction administration and inspection services for transportation projects.
