Thomas Jeffery (Klein) Williams (Two Tone), 56, of Rathdrum, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at Kootenai Medical Center. He was born on Sept. 13, 1956, in Seattle to Edwin (Ron) and Violet (Elliott) Williams.
Tom grew up in Coeur d’Alene and attended Coeur d’Alene High school.
He retired from Central Pre-Mix in 2011. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, hunting camp, fishing with his grandpa and bonfires. He found great happiness in having loved ones over for a barbecue. Tom loved children and in return was adored by his nieces
and nephews. He was thought of as “Uncle Tom and Big Tom” to the children of his friends. The true love of his closest companion, his dog, Dashya, was also precious to him.
Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Violet Belle (Elliott) Klein; his father, Edwin (Ron) Williams; and his grandparents, Harry and Jean Elliott.
Tom is survived by his son, Jeffery Donald Klein Williams; his former wife, Karen Schwartz Williams; his adopted father, Elmer Klein; and his siblings; Cindy Johnson, Nathaniel (Banjo) Klein, Lorna Hope and Marcie Canham.
The loss of Tom leaves a big hole in the lives of many. A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at a later date.
