Ellen Jane Weber, 78

Ellen Jane Weber, 78, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, formerly of Overland Park, Kan., passed away Nov. 23, 2013, at Lafayette Regional Hospital in Lexington, Mo.

Ellen (Jane as she was called) was born Aug. 8, 1935, in New Haven, Conn., to Gilbert B. and Bernice (Parker) Floyd. She was married to Friedrich (Fritz) Weber for 53 years. Jane worked for more than 23 years at Shawnee Medical Center in the Medical Records Department filing the Birth Certificates. She was a member of the Coeur d’Alene Seventh-day Adventist church.

Survivors include her husband, Friedrich (Fritz) of the home; two children: daughter Linda (Rob) Riesmeyer of Wellington, Mo., and son Fred (Mindy) Weber of Coeur d’Alene; four grandchildren, Eric, Evan, Jacob and Ellen; one brother, Gilbert (Vera) Floyd of Shelbyville, Tenn.; and sister Carolyn (Bob) Scranton of Gilford, Conn. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at St. Luke Church in Wellington. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Inurnment will be at St. Luke Cemetery.
