VETERANS: All join in to help

Recently on 11/16/13 the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 889 held a spaghetti dinner and auction. The proceeds will go to local veterans and their families in our community. At Christmas we work with the Veterans Service officer to find the truly needy in our town, and we gift them with the proceeds from this event.

All year long the ladies and gentlemen of Post 889 work diligently and tirelessly to raise funds to give back locally. We would like to thank the community for continuing to support us in this endeavor. Your generous donations really make a difference in our veteran’s lives and we appreciate each and every dollar you donate.
