Martina McBride coming to Northern Quest

Multi-platinum selling country songstress, Martina McBride will perform Aug. 31 as part of Northern Quest Casino's 2013 Pepsi Summer Outdoor Concert Series.

With her big-voiced ballads and soprano range, McBride is known by many as the "Celine Dion of Country Music." McBride's string of hits on both Billboard country and contemporary charts has helped her sell more than 14 million albums. She has produced six No. 1 hits, including "A Broken Wing," "Blessed," "I Love You," "Wrong Again," "Safe in the Arms of Love" and "This One's for the Girls." Her iconic "Independence Day," about domestic abuse, serves as an anthem for domestic abuse survivors and ranks among CMT's 100 Greatest Songs of Country Music.
