Fernando J. Jimenez, 62

Fernando J. Jimenez passed away Aug. 12, 2013, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene. He was born on March 9, 1951, in Cuba.

“Joe” (Papa) was the husband of Marcia Rams Jimenez and they were married in Chicago on July 18, 1970. Joe loved his family and after retirement he moved to Coeur d’Alene to be near his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Marcia Rams Jimenez; daughter and son-in-law Roxana and Dr. Roger Dunteman; two grandchildren, Dillon and Colvin Dunteman, all of Coeur d’Alene; sister Sarah Ringler Wenke; as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Florida.

Joe was preceded in death by both his parents and two brothers, Julio and Frank Jimenez.

No local services will be held.
