He spent his career as an engineer in the lumber business in Colorado, Nebraska, and California. After retirement, he and his wife moved to Post Falls Idaho in 2000. Art was an avid private pilot who enjoyed his planes; from a piper cub to a bonanza twin engine. He also spent much of his free time woodworking. Arthur is survived by his wife Helen, two daughters, Michele Klungtvedt in London England, Marsha McGilvrevy in Reno, Nevada and a son Steven Busby in Vancouver, Canada, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. A memorial service will be held later this year in Denver, Colorado after which Arthur's ashes will be scattered over his beloved Rocky Mountains from a Chinook helicopter flown by his grandson CW03 Timothy Busby. The Busby family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Wellspring Meadows Assisted Living Center of Hayden, Idaho and Auburn Crest Hospice of Post Falls, Idaho for all their compassionate care and support they provided Art and his family.
