NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FEES AND RATES NORTH KOOTENAI WATER DISTRICT The Board of Directors ("Board") of North Kootenai Water District ("District") will hold a public hearing on April 18, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at the District office, located at North Kootenai Water District 13649 N. Meyer Road Rathdrum, ID In accordance with Idaho Code \u00DF63-1311A, the purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments regarding proposed increases, in excess of five percent (5%) over the amount last collected, to the District's water service installation fees and water system capitalization fee. The Board will also take public comments regarding proposed increases, in excess of five percent (5%) over the amount last collected, to the sewer rate for the District's customers located in the area commonly known as Gozzer Ranch. The reason for such proposed increases is to recover the District's necessary costs and expenses associated with providing such services and complying with applicable law.
