Our Facility

Fitness on 4th is located in 8100 sq. ft. facility. Our location is complete with Matrix fitness equipment, a selection of cardio equipment and free weights. Our Group Fitness Room is 1200 sq. ft. complete with mirrors and open space, for clients to participate in any one of our multiple group fitness classes. Our facility offers: two private rooms for nutrition, weight and measurement consultations, two private therapy rooms, men and women's locker rooms with showers and our facility is handicapped accessible.
