ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID NORTH IDAHO COLLEGE ENTRY MONUMENTS PROJECT Sealed bids will be received by North Idaho College at the Headwaters Complex, 701 W. River Avenue, (River Ave. at Military Dr.) Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, for the construction of the NORTH IDAHO COLLEGE ENTRY MONUMENTS PROJECT . This project consists of the construction of multiple campus entry monument signs, construction of a wayfinding site, installation of concrete flatwork, plant mix asphalt paving, lighting, tree planting, irrigation system installation and turfgrass seeding, plus other items. This description is not exhaustive and is only meant to provide a general understanding of the project. An informative Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, in the North Shop room of the Headwaters Building on the NIC campus, 701 W. River Ave. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is highly recommended. General contractors and subcontractors may obtain contract documents from Landmark/Architects West , by depositing twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per set. Copies of the specifications, bid forms, bidder's instructions, contract documents and general and special instructions are available upon request. Copies and processing charges will apply. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days.
